Shipment Processing Time:

• Orders Placed By 12:00 Noon (Pakistan Standard Time) Will Be Shipped The Same Day Via Registered Courier Service.
• Orders Received After 12:00 Pm Will Be Dispatched The Next Day.
• Orders Received On Sundays And On Pakistan's National Holidays Will Be Processed And Shipped On The Next Working Day.
• Delivery Time Is Between 5 to 7 Working Days (No Delivery On Sundays). However Delivery Can Take Up To 7 Working Days During Busy Shopping Season Or Our Mega Sales Events.

If We Are Experiencing A High Volume Of orders, Shipments May Be Delayed By A Few Days. Please Allow Additional Days In Transit For Delivery. If There Will Be A Significant Delay In The Shipment Of Your Order, We Will Contact You Via Email Or Telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Free Shipping all over PAKISTAN.
• On Orders Above The Value Of Rs.15,000 We Will Need An Advance Payment. Customer Will Be Contacted For Payment Information On Order Confirmation And The Account Details Will Be Communicated Then. The Order Will Only Be Dispatched After Our Team Confirms The Payment Being Received In The Bank.
• Orders Weighting More Than 2 KGs Will Be Charged Rs.50 Per Extra KG.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You Will Receive A Shipment Confirmation Email Once Your Order Has Shipped Containing Your Tracking Number(s). The Tracking Number Will Be Active Within 24 Hours.
